As Season 9 comes to a climax, PJ is thrown for a loop when Jo announces she is in love with him. The investigation into a mystery involving two brothers, one woman and obsessive love confirms PJ's belief that passion is dangerous and love only leads to heartache. As the war between the brothers escalates PJ, Jo, Ben and Tom are drawn into who is lying and who is telling the truth. And PJ is forced to come face to face with Jo and tell her he doesn't love her. She takes it badly, but Ben and PJ know it is the best thing. Meanwhile, Jonesy is not happy when Tess goes out with Josh but when she denies that they are having a relationship, she can't help but admit her feelings for Evan. Tom almost catches them getting intimate in the locker room, before Tess decides to take some time off.
