HOW DRY-AGED WAGYU BEEF GETS MADE
Welcome back to FTD with Action Bronson. On this episode, we’re headed to North Bergen, New Jersey to check out the Pat LaFrieda facilities. Here, the finest quality dry-aged wagyu and other cuts of meat are made and shipped out to restaurants nationwide. After Pat LaFrieda Jr. walked us through the space and dry-aging process, we cooked some delicious steaks right out of a pickup truck in the parking lot. Enjoy!
