At Ed's suspension hearing, Chrissie refuses to cover for him and Tom, Ric and Zubin try to separate conjoined twins. When problems arise, Tom tries to get the permission of the parents to continue but when he fails to he continues anyway which results in him having to resign. Meanwhile, Lisa is offered the position of Ward Sister on Keller.
