There are big games at the top end of the table as new champions Chelsea visit Newcastle seeking revenge for their FA Cup defeat, while Everton look to finish with a flourish and an away win at Bolton. Manchester United travel south to take on lowly Southampton, fellow strugglers Norwich go to Fulham, West Brom face Portsmouth and Crystal Palace play Charlton.
