Now that Michael's moved on from Fredrik, he's trying to prove himself at his new Jean Nouvel building by turning a low offer into a potential sale. Uptown, Ryan makes a last ditch effort to appease Nick and Penelope, and this time he's come prepared with a secret weapon. Fredrik has enormous confidence that he can sell the apartment belonging to his new client, Tim.
