Samuca tells Vanda that SamVita cannot abandon Betina. Marocas is moved by Samuca's speech to his employees, but argues with her ex-fiancé about Betina. Vanda goes to the police station as Betina's lawyer and is surprised to see Mariacarla as the executive's representative. Emílio announces that the shareholders voted in favor of removing Samuca from the presidency of SamVita.
