Young newlyweds Kate and Dave are really excited, and a bit nervous, about buying a first house together. They want a bright, airy space with parking, a modern kitchen and a bit of character. With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper.
