The situation between Joshua and Henning escalates. Meanwhile the hotel is already ready for the auction. Tobias makes a disturbing discovery and tries to prevent the worst. But then the "Fürstenhof" suddenly becomes quiet. When Michael returns from Italy, Natascha and he realize how much they missed each other. To celebrate their reunion properly, however, becomes more difficult than expected. Romy and Paul need a lot of money on short notice.
