Tee Jay explains to Carol why he didn't meet her last night and they make arrangements to meet again that night. Sneddon and Lynn comes across the preparations for an illegal dog fight. The town gathers at the church hall to hear about the plan Sneddon has for catching the dog fight organisers. With the help of the local scout group, they capture the dog fight organisers and other partcipants.
