Suddenly Irwin comes falling off the building's roof, landing on a parked car. Det. Farrell questions the Thorsons why this criminal facing a relatively minor charge would kill himself; they have no answers. Ricky refuses to pay commission for a dead body but says he will pay for his partner, Irwin's brother Bill, also an accountant involved in the same embezzlement.
