The David Barrett Story

Struggling young writer David Barrett takes a laborer job on a farm owned by a tough old Scotsman. He's told to stay away from the main house, but circumstances bring him there and he meets the owner's daughter. They fall in love, but when the Farmer finds out, he fights him and orders him away until he can provide for the girl.
