When Arthur goes off on a date with Carmalita on Hobby Night, Tick builds himself a new sidekick - Little Wooden Boy. Swiss Commandoes are after the notebook of Dr. Vahtoss, Carmalita's father and the inventor of Arthur's flight suit. And Blowhole, a giant long-distance running whale, accidentally swallows everyone, forcing the Tick to light up Little Wooden Boy to cause Blowhole to choke them up.
