Balloon Farm

Baloons bring hope to a draught laden community in the early 1900s. As a strange farmer moves in and starts a crop despite a water curfew, few farmers think he is all there. What can you grow without water? Balloons apparently. As many farmers were going to pack up and quit - this person single handedly brings hope back to the community.
