Hong returns to the hotel and insists to go into the room Sau Han has been staying. However, the room is already occupied and he creates a nuisance with the hotel guests. Kin meets So Hah Leung once again and decides to expand the hot-pot business. His attempt to borrow money from the bank turn futile. Ngai-Kwai comes to know about Kin’s difficulty and he uses his influence on the bankers. Kin therefore could develop his business with the money from the bank. Sau Wan leads Hong to a remote place. Using Ka Man's will as an exchange, Sau Han is able to force Hong to tell the truth. Sau Wan is infuriated by Hong's deed and declares that she'll report his to the police. Afraid of being sentenced, Hong ruthlessly kills Sau Han. Worry about Sau Han's delay to return Hong Kong, Kin checks with Hai Lan and finds out that Sau Wan has been missing.
