Legend of the Hammer

A driver is pulled over by Officer Ernie Orozco, who is known as "The Hammer". An officer pulls over some Bears fans in not so friendly Packers territory. Finally, a teenager is pulled over, but is more concerned that her parents may not pay some of her bills, including some tickets.
