Rob Irwin knows a lot about form and function working together, which is absolutely necessary to tiny-house living. This industrial designer is building a 300-square feet house with all sorts of engineering feats and eco-friendly features including a butterfly-angled roof that captures rain water, an attached chicken coop that lets you grab fresh eggs from inside the house, an aquaponics system where he can grow fresh herbs year-round, solar panels for heating, and even an efficient climbing wall to get to the loft!
