Birmingham-based inspector Susie Payne discovers three female Staffordshire bull terriers have been packed into a tiny cage in an attempt to keep them away from an amorous male, and Tony Woodley attempts to locate the owner of a chihuahua left in a locked car on a Kent industrial estate.
