Steph is on board—she and Kai still haven't talked about their kiss, and this will be the perfect opportunity to get clarity. Up at Uncle John's ranch, a business-minded Brian Patrick has plans to build a theme park…until Benny and Clara get a little help showing him the land is special even without a rollercoaster.
