After the reunion of LOK's family, LOK requested KWAN to be his second hand. KWAN refused and LOK was disappointed. JOE'S mother was at ease, as he returned to Hong Kong and stayed with TAY. LOK rewarded JOE by authorizing him more power. WAH BILL had gathered TIN's evidence and gave order to arrest him. KWAN CHI heard it and wanted to restrain him by law. However, SIN MEI pleaded to CHI for mercy. CHI hid the truth. After surmounting numerous difficulties, KWAN intended to apologize to SHI MAY. However, he lacked of courage, SHI MAY was disappointed.
