Attempted Robbery Leaves 16-Year-Old Paralyzed

Cleveland. October 30, 1992, 16-year-old Isaac Hardges was shot while in his parent's car. Isaac was paralyzed from the shooting and after 14 years in a wheel chair, he eventually died.
