La Villa Blanche (Chalèze)

It is in Chalèze, not far from Besançon, that Gianni and Julie called upon Philippe Etchebest. This couple of managers is in the process of seeing their restaurant sink on the banks of the Doubs. Since the opening, 3 and a half years ago, they never agreed on what they wanted to do with this establishment. Gianni, of Italian origin, wants to make pizzas; Julie, his companion, would like to make gastronomy. By arguing too much about the identity of their restaurant, Gianni and Julie are now arguing all the time... All the employees suffer from these arguments and the bad atmosphere reigns during the services, to the detriment of the customers' satisfaction! If Philippe doesn't intervene very quickly, this establishment will end up closing its doors...
