Mark said goodbye to his pretty-boy hair gel in aid of a dare - to have his head flushed in a toilet. There were three challenges: chewing on the hottest chilli pepper, pole dancing, or sticking his head down the toilet. He didn't get to choose which one he would take up, but he was a great sport anyway. The presenters also asked for viewers views on Britains Worst people.
