Swansea

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit Swansea to help Sarah and Caradog, who moved into their four-bedroom home shortly before their third child was born in 2008 and have been struggling for space ever since, with only one bathroom, a cramped kitchen and an office squeezed into the box room. Sarah is ready to list it. But Caradog is determined to love it and is convinced this home can work with Kirstie's magic touch.
