CHI takes charge of the privatization plan. She shows off in front of PAUL. SHAN moves out of CHI’s house and will put up at LEUNG’s for the time being. There is a leap in the share price of Ngai’s Group’s shares. CHI suspects PAUL is rigging shareholders’ vote for the company. ON is drunk. LEI takes the opportunity to steal the keys to his office. She is astonished to see CHI in PAUL’s office. TUNG appears in court. He is touched to see that his previous employees have come to support him. Unfortunately, the situation is not too encouraging. After much persuasion, TUNG finally manages to convince UNCLE CHAN of renting the land to him at the price of one dollar. ON is very angry. He demands CHI to raise more capital.
