Episode 12

HUNG and HU tries to persuade TSE to give up the idea of resigning from the police force. TSE listens to their advice and decides to stay. CANDY 's father still wants to avenge on LONG. He goes to see LONG after being discharged from hospital. LONG arranges him to be knocked down by his driver and TSE grieves deeply over the death of CANDY's father. With LUK's help, AU makes great profit and intends to purchase KUAN's corporate. POND urges KUAN to cooperate with AU but KUAN strongly refuses. KUAN kidnaps AU and forces him to give up his business in Hong Kong promising to leave within a month. AU feels infuriated and asks LONG to teach KUAN a lesson. Having made great profits from other business, AU gives up the idea of purchasing KUAN's corporate . This makes KUAN run into heavy debts and is on the verge of going bankrupt.
