CHING arrives just in time to save HU from being murdered by LONG. She tells AU about the conflict between LONG and HU. AU then transfers HU to his own corporation to avoid the two from falling out again. Though RUBY is saved from LONG's hands, she becomes insane. This greatly saddens TSE who is determined to make LONG pay for his evil deeds.AU has antagonized the ring-leaders of the underworld. KWOK, the boss of AU, also blames him and falls out with him. AU takes this opportunity to break up with KWOK who decides to do AU away. Both HUNG and HU make use of their relationship with LUK and CHING respectively to ferret evidence of AU 's crime in order to make him pay for his evil deeds., LUK gets hold of such evidence and falls out with AU. LUK intends to blackmail AU but eventually he himself falls in AU's hands.
