LAI tells YAN that YANG had pretended to kill herself. When YAN has known that, he is very dissatisfied with YANG. YANG suspects that it is CHEUNG who discloses the truth to YAN. However, CHEUNG guarantees YANG that he has not told YAN the case. YANG trusts him. CHEUNG meets YAN & have a chat with each other. YAN then knows that CHEUNG is in love with YANG. They compromise that they will court their own lover & do not interfere each other's business. LAU NGAN is reluctant to see KEUNG stay with DI. She lies that she is pregnant & KEUNG is the father. CHEONG agrees that he will give her five hundred thousand dollars by the time she gives birth to the baby as compensation. DI is very disappointed with KEUNG & decides to leave him.
