The memory of a brief moment that left everyone in suspense, İnan begins his first day as a doctor in his new life. However, due to the rule set by Ilgaz, he will not intervene with patients or communicate with them. But of course, this is a quite impossible situation for İnan. With Elif's mother being admitted to the hospital, İnan will break his first communication rule, but this situation will reveal an important secret related to Elif's mother. Elif, on the other hand, has a new decision regarding İnan, and with this decision, she enters a serious change. Meanwhile, a patient from Toprak's past causes him difficult moments. While Toprak struggles to make a diagnosis without being able to communicate with his patient, İnan will once again clash with him and his decisions.
