In the aftermath of a nuclear/biological war, infertility threatens humanity and mutants have evolved. A captive hero is tasked with rescuing a group of fertile women from a mutant leader in a dangerous, frog-filled stronghold, but he can’t stray far due to a forced explosive restraint.
