"I think this movie suffered from a misleading marketing campaign. Romanek cites movies like Taxi Driver as an inspiration for this movie which makes sense. It’s not nearly as good as the aforementioned, but it is a compelling time capsule about a disillusioned loner. He’s also using Williams in a way audiences rarely saw him, which is restrained; you’re just waiting for all of his energy to be released. It’s a creepy mood piece and it’s enjoyable listening to Williams monologue about photos! 📸📸📸.5 / 📸📸📸📸📸."
