In uptown Tehran, a satellite-dish installer takes a job in a high-rise where the equipment is officially banned. As he and a companion try to earn quick cash, they run into residents with their own urgent problems, all pushing for the same risky installation, turning one rooftop request into a tangle of everyday pressures and comedy.
