A struggling actor takes a one-time delivery job: transport a mysterious blue suitcase from Los Angeles to a remote California town and hand it to an unknown cowboy. But the meeting falls apart, forcing him to wait with an ominous head-shaped package while strange locals and a threatening boyfriend close in.
