After getting out of jail, a would-be musician reunites with his best friend and heads toward Paris to chase a recording dream. When they stumble on an unusually powerful strain of marijuana with a bizarre origin, they try to cash in—and quickly find themselves pursued by police, criminals, and other dangerous rivals.
