"The Scorpion King is not good, but there are some redeeming qualities. The kindest thing I can say about this movie is the team does a pretty good job of putting all the money on the screen. The sets, location shooting and stunt work all go a long way in injecting much needed fun into this movie, which I think would have made a decent proper Mummy installment if it was reworked. Unfortunately the performances are all so dull and there’s little effort made to connect this with reality that you just feel a little dumber by the time the credits roll. 🦂🦂 / 🦂🦂🦂🦂🦂."
