Set in Paris in 1900, a masked killer brutally murders a couple, leaving only a young girl as a witness. Twelve years later in Rome, a wax museum opens with lifelike recreations of gruesome scenes, and a dare to spend the night turns deadly as disappearances spread and the museum seems to fill with new figures.
