After being released by South Africa’s Supreme Court, an anti-Apartheid activist immediately finds himself pursued by police. Helped by his lawyer and a visiting British engineer, the pair race toward Cape Town while Major Horn of the state security bureau keeps pushing them closer to their eventual destination.
