In the winter of 1942, two young soldiers slip away from a Swedish checkpoint toward the Nazi-occupied border, only for their risky curiosity to spiral into disaster. With one of the missing men tied to him personally, a lieutenant is pushed into a secret rescue mission behind enemy lines, where survival demands crossing more than just a frontier.
