A 17-year-old Kurdish refugee travels across Europe hoping to reunite with someone he loves in Britain. Stranded in Calais, he attempts an extremely difficult journey while forming an unexpected bond with a local swimming instructor, amid harsh immigration policies and the uncertainty faced by displaced people.
