In a near-future Detroit, a walled-off neighborhood has become a haven for violent criminals while corruption spreads outside its borders. An undercover cop and a skilled ex-con are forced into an uneasy partnership, racing through dangerous streets and rooftops to stop a looming threat and protect the city.
