It’s hard not to label Reminiscence as a big disappointment, especially with the talents of the Westworld team behind this. The world building is great; a half sunken Miami that comes to life at night is a cool concept, and the thought behind all the detailed story elements are impressive. But the love story at the center of this science fiction noir reads like it was written by a 12 year old boy. The movie ends up just coming off as clumsy, store brand Christopher Nolan. 🧠🧠 / 🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠.
