In 1910 Paris, a shy projectionist and a bold inventor team up when strange reports of a monster spread across the city. With help from a big-hearted cabaret star and an odd scientist, they race to keep the threat from the ruthless police chief, only to discover it isn’t as terrifying as it seems.
