With Frollo gone, Quasimodo rings the bell with help from a new friend and Esmeralda’s and Phoebus’ son. After visiting a traveling circus run by the evil magician Sarousch, he’s drawn to Madellaine, Sarousch’s assistant, and their connection pulls him into the circus’s troubles.
