In Seville in 1977, when homosexuality is a crime, a traditional mother becomes involved in the local LGBTQ+ movement after confronting the risks facing her teenage son, an aspiring artist. As he seeks a chance to perform, their family is drawn into protests challenging oppressive laws, with unexpected support emerging from within the Church.
