Stephen Morris · Jul 12Superman carries not only the weight of the world, but the universe (the new DC Universe and even Warner Brothers Studios) on his shoulders. Thankfully, the man of steel delivers. James Gunn is a savvy enough writer & director to understand characters need to drive the story. Luckily, a very likable cast of characters (Mr. Terrific is a standout), great on-location shooting (Cleveland!) and real emotion make this stand toe toe with Richard Donner’s legendary original. 🦸🏻♂️🦸🏻♂️🦸🏻♂️🦸🏻♂️ / 🦸🏻♂️🦸🏻♂️🦸🏻♂️🦸🏻♂️🦸🏻♂️.
