In 1942, a convoy of civilian ships carrying vital supplies heads from Iceland toward the Soviet Union through brutal Arctic conditions. Despite an Allied escort, serious intelligence mistakes leave the journey exposed to relentless German air and naval attacks, forcing inexperienced sailors to fight to survive as only a portion reach their destination.
