A young reindeer arrives at the North Pole hoping to earn a spot as navigator on Santa’s sleigh team, but self-doubt and poor preparation quickly get in the way. With pressure from teammates and a rival determined to see him fail, he has to train hard and rebuild his confidence to prove he belongs.
