Set in early 1970s Portland, a charismatic leader runs a small group that steals from drugstores and hospital medicine cabinets to feed their addiction. As they keep moving to avoid trouble, law enforcement closes in, and the group’s brittle cycle of escape, drugs, and danger starts to crack.
