On her 15th birthday, a girl from a strict polygamist community in southern Utah finds a forbidden cassette tape and becomes captivated by the rock & roll playing from it. Soon she believes something miraculous has happened and heads to Las Vegas to track down the singer on the tape, searching for answers and a way forward.
