Sandie gets an idea when she has a discussion with Dolly about illegitimately having Graham, whilst Jackie decides to move into Emmerdale Farm. Seth's problem of affording glasses is solved when Walter accidentally breaks them.

Andy proposes to Sandie but she rejects, and impresses Jack when she stands up for herself in front of everyone. She decides to move in with Tom in Aberdeen. Meanwhile, Sam wins a cruise to the Canary Islands for him and Annie.

Pat and Jack have Jackie at the farm at last. But how will Jackie settle in?

Henry ends up forcing Alan's hand into getting Primrose Dingle sorted, unaware of the trouble it's about to cause. Meanwhile, Amos nurses a hangover whilst Jackie takes interest in a butter churner.

Pat is furious when Jack is late home and locks him out when she learns he's out with Barbara. Meanwhile, Amos mistakes a businessman for Eric Birdwick.

Jack and Pat have a blazing row, and Jack takes his anger out on Jackie. Meanwhile, Alan continues to anger the NY Estates employees whilst Amos's desperation annoys Henry.

Barbara explodes when Donald interferes in her marriage with Brian. Meanwhile, the NY Estates workers are unhappy with Alan's demands.

Jackie gets into hot water at Emmerdale Farm when he does Seth a favour. Matt and Dolly have trouble with baby Sam. Alan catches Jackie taking some chicken wire so Jackie dumps it and runs. Alan calls all his workforce into the office.

Pat struggles to hide her jealousy over Barbara. Brian phones the Vicarage over Barbara withdrawing money from the account. Amos stops Walter eating the nuts. He has a go at Henry for taking his tie off and snaps at Walter for eating the nuts again.

John, Jock and Daniel are infuriated to learn they are being suspended - and Joe goes on the warpath. Meanwhile, Amos is pleased when Alan takes a liking to him.

Seth spots a suspicious truck drive through Main Street, but is unaware what the truck is really being used for. Meanwhile, Dolly is in two minds about getting Samuel immunised.

Dolly informs Matt that she's booked an appointment with paediatrician Dr Conway tomorrow about Samuel's vaccines. Alan introduces Amos to Tufty Billingham and The Major.

The sheep rustlers have struck again. Donald worries to Barbara that Alan only hired her because she is pretty. Sgt. MacArthur warns Jack not to put the law into his own hands.

Jack finally catches the rustlers and goes for them with his shotgun, but when the rustler begins attacking Jack, Jack takes drastic action and hits the rustler over the head with a rock, leaving him unconscious. Meanwhile, Amos becomes suspicious over Joe and Barbara and suspects there may be something between them.

Jack is relieved to learn the rustler will make a full recovery and is in the clear. The rest of the villagers are thrilled to learn the rustlers have been charged, however Barbara is furious to learn Brian is coming to Beckindale.

Barbara is still angry that Donald has interfered, but Donald makes her realise she has to talk to Brian at some point. Pat has brought a lamb in to show Samuel but it has pooed on the carpet.

Barbara's husband Brian is in Beckindale - and Donald is sure it's not too late to save their marriage.

Is Joe seeing too much of Barbara? Sam thinks he might be.

Donald is horrified to discover his daughter had an affair five years ago, whilst Alan's attempts at taking shortcuts lead to disaster when the driver is threatened with prosecution.

Barbara is upset when Brian confirms their marriage is over but finds herself in Joe's arms. Meanwhile, Jessie returns for Samuel's christening, whilst Alan blames Joe for the cattle situation.

Samuel is christened and all goes well, except for Amos. Meanwhile, Donald and Annie are infuriated to hear about Joe and Barbara's relationship so soon after the breakdown of Barbara's marriage.

Seth is horrified when Meg threatens to leave him if he doesn't quit drinking, and Seth is annoyed that her thoughts come from Donald. Meanwhile, Joe vents to Barbara about Alan's inability to own up to his mistakes.

Donald offers Seth guidance over his matrimonial problems - but Seth doesn't take the advice very easily! Seth is spending all his time at The Woolpack. Meg goes to the Woolpack to tell Seth to come home. He refuses. She says she will lock him out. He says he has a key but she says she will bolt the doors.

Barbara has two unexpected visitors at the vicarage. Seth has been sleeping in the Home Farm tack room since Meg locked him out. Joe sees a man letting his dog run loose on Emmerdale Farm land when there are lambs in the nearby field. Joe tells the man off until he realises it is Edward Ruskin, the old village vicar. Joe is pleased. Ruskin is standing in for Hinton while he is away. Seth bangs on the door of his house, demanding Meg answers the door. The neighbours are watching.

Henry thinks he's solved the space problem at The Woolpack - but Amos is none too pleased.

Seth is still locked out of his house - and he'll try anything to get back in again.
