The Emissary

KONG is an upright and idealistic young man. He joins the police after he graduated from the university with the hope to serve society. KAY is working concurrently at the police station as a clerical staff. Her good performance wins her the chance of receiving proper training at the police training school, and further the admiration of KONG. Most of the students are dissatisfied with the very disciplinary and harsh training enforced by Instructor LAU at the school. However, no one but KONG dares to stand up to speak against him.

KAY cannot catch up with the intensive and demanding training at school. Her efforts together with KONG's assistance cannot help much in improving the situation. LAU is not at all happy with her poor performance. Finally, he requests for her transfer back to her original post after he is sure of himself that she has no chance of getting up to standard.
